Online Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange or refund, subject to the following terms.
Return of Merchandise Purchased Online
Notice: We will not accept returns or exchanges without a receipt, invoice, or order confirmation.
Submit a return online**!
To receive your refund to your original payment method*, your online return must be initiated within 14 days of the order shipment date. After 14 days of your order shipment date, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.
To submit a return please contact us via email, at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request for an exchange or refund. Within your email please provide your receipt, invoice, or order confirmation, the original payment method you used to purchase the item(s), and the item(s) you are wishing to return. Upon submitting your online return or exchange, you will receive a return label via email.
For returns, a fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund if you use either the label that is emailed to you. If you use your own return carrier you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Important Return Information
We only refund or exchange merchandise that is in the exact condition it was sent in. Items that have been heavily worn, washed or dried, or has been damaged after being shipped out will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. You must attach a copy of your original invoice with your original payment method*** if mailed to the address listed above within 14 days of the shipping dates.
Orders placed on this site cannot be returned or exchanged at stores.
